David H. Besse, MCSE, CISSP, CISA

David Besse is a manager with the 415 Group’s Information Technology division, with a focus on information technology, security services and IT consulting.

David is a graduate of Nova University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. He holds multiple IT certifications, including Certified Information Systems Security Specialist (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Administrator.

Prior to joining the 415 Group, David was the owner of PC Rescue Squad in Canton, Ohio, providing computer networking services for local businesses.

David's IT expertise provides clients with a full-service approach to network operations, including server installation, security audits, network analyses and a full range of IT support services.

David is a native of Hartville, and resides in Bolivar with his family. He is a graduate of the Institute for Organizational Management, an elder in the Presbyterian Church in America and holds a black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
