Joe W. Henderson, CPA

Joe Henderson is a partner with the 415 Group, with extensive experience in financial management and accounting. He provides audit, review and compilation services for small to medium-sized companies in a wide range of industries. Joe has also provided interim financial accounting advisory services to companies in transition.

A magna cum laude graduate of Mount Union College, Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics.

Prior to joining the 415 Group, Joe worked at Ernst & Young as an Audit Senior Manager as well as the chief financial officer for two Northeast Ohio firms for over 10 years.

Joe is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. To remain informed of changes that can have an impact on privatelyheld businesses served by the 415 Group, Joe attends professional education seminars, including annual SEC update meetings.

Joe and his family reside in Plain Township. A former All-American baseball player at Mount Union College, Joe continues to be involved in baseball by working with youth summer baseball programs.
