Reports to: Director of 415 Access

Classification: Full-time and Part-time Openings Available
Responsibilities
- Complete daily, monthly, and annual accounting transactions to meet client engagement deadlines
- Prepare bank and other balance sheet reconciliations
- Perform schedule calculations of accruals, property, inventory, fixed assets and depreciation
- Prepare general journal entries and review trial balances
- Assist with preparation of monthly financial statements
- Participate in staff and client meetings
Areas of Concentration
- Achieve and maintain high levels of Client Satisfaction by providing timely and accurate reports
- Work with standardized Financial, Planning & Analysis processes to increase overall efficiency
- Effectively communicate to ensure Client Peace of Mind
Qualifications
- Associates Degree or 2 years of verifiable work experience in the areas of responsibility
- Accounting Software Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel
- Full-Charge Bookkeeping experience a plus
- Effective communication/interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently and to multi-task
- Client-centric approach to all matters
- Excellent communication skills via telephone, video conference, email, Teams Chat, and other formats to facilitate effective interaction with client customers and staff
