Reports to: Director of 415 Access

Responsibilities
- AR and AP transaction updates
- Process customer invoices
- Process and post customer payments – checks, ACH, credit cards
- Set-up new vendors and process vendor invoices
- Credit-Card expense processing – download and code account transactions
- Direct contact with 3rd party vendors for client account and support matters
- Complete daily, monthly, and annual accounting transactions to meet client engagement deadlines
- Prepare bank and other balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with preparation of monthly financial statements
- Participate in staff and client meetings
Areas of Concentration
- Achieve and maintain high levels of Client Satisfaction by providing timely and accurate reports
- Work with standardized Financial, Planning & Analysis processes to increase overall efficiency
- Effectively communicate to ensure Client Peace of Mind
Qualifications
- 1 year of verifiable work experience in the areas of responsibility
- Accounting Software Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently and to multi-task
- Client-centric approach to all matters
- Excellent communication skills via telephone, video conference, email, Teams Chat, and other formats to facilitate effective interaction with client customers and staff
