Responsibilities

• Effectively and efficiently supervise multiple engagement teams concurrently for audits, reviews, compilations and special projects
• Ability to delegate work, mentor staff growth while balancing client commitments
• Develop client relationships and directly correspond and communicate with clients

Areas of Concentration

• Process engagement responsibilities from beginning to end including communicating status of assignments
• Mentor and train staff and provide useful feedback throughout engagement
• Research technical accounting and assurance topics and communicate answers to non-accountants in easy to understand language
• Assist with developing additional services for current clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from an accredited college or university
• CPA license required
• 5 plus years of accounting experience
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
• Strong organization skills with an ability to multi-task and prioritize, while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Solid written and oral communication skills
• Excellent personnel development and delegation skills including training and instruction
