Report to: Firm Administrator
Perform a wide range of clerical duties including, but not limited to:
- Preparation of monthly invoices
- Daily recording of Accounts Receivable collection
- Periodic correspondence with outstanding accounts
- Assist in miscellaneous typing and form preparation
- Check for appropriate assembly of tax returns (Procedure to be taught)
- Scan documents
- Perform other related duties, as assigned
- Basic understanding of clerical and administrative procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to solve problems as they arise.
- Typing 50 words per minute
- Above average Excel skills preferred.
