Reports to: Director of 415 Access
Responsibilities
- Prepares monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Completes monthly management reporting package
- Proactively researches data and provides detailed insight on the client’s financials
- Helps facilitate annual budget process
- Manages clean-up process for new clients to ensure accuracy of financials prior to go-live
- Consistently improving FP&A processes
Areas of Concentration
- Makes sure client financials are 100% accurate
- Standardizing FP&A processes to increase overall efficiency
- Ensures client peace of mind
Qualifications
- 3 years of verifiable work experience in the areas of responsibility
- Can research and analyze large amounts of data
- Experience preparing annual budgets
- Ability to interpret information and provide proactive solutions
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently and to multi-task
- Client-centric approach to all matters
- Excellent communication skills via telephone, video conference, email and in all other formats as interaction with client customers may be frequent
