Kaitlyn Hale has worked at the 415 Group since July 2023, where she offers employee support, launches recruitment searches, and handles day-to-day operational support for the Human Resources department.

Previous work experience included a global recruiting firm, but at 415 Group, Kaitlyn appreciates multi-faceted work and enjoys being in an environment where she is challenged to keep learning.

When she’s not working, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time with friends, family and her dog, Phoebe.
