Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Review and update general ledger accounts
- Prepare interim financial statements including supplementary schedules
- Complete monthly management reporting packages to meet client engagement deadlines
- Proactively research data and provide detailed insight on the client’s financials
- Develop and work with cash forecasting
- Maintain organized workpapers
- Helps facilitate the annual budget process for each client
- Consistently work to improve Financial, Planning & Analysis processes
Areas of Concentration
- Achieve and maintain high levels of Client Satisfaction by providing timely and accurate reports
- Work with standardized Financial, Planning & Analysis processes to increase overall efficiency
- Effectively communicate to ensure Client Peace of Mind
Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- 3 - 5 years of verifiable work experience in the areas of responsibility
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel
- Accounting Software Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
- Demonstrate knowledge of other general ledger accounting software
- Demonstrate knowledge of GAAP and other methods of accounting
- Demonstrate ability to interpret information and provide proactive solutions
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently and to multi-task
- Client-centric approach to all matters
- Excellent communication skills via telephone, video conference, email, Teams Chat, and other formats to facilitate effective interaction with client customers and staff

Think of us as a virtual Finance department that does everything from basic bookkeeping services like payroll and bill pay to Controller and CFO-level services such as budgeting, cash-flow management and strategic planning.
