Anne Ferlito, SHRM-CP, joined 415 Group in 2012 and plays a key role in shaping both the employee experience and the firm’s brand. She focuses on creating a workplace where employees feel informed, supported, and engaged, including leading the firm’s employee wellness program. Anne helps bring the 415 Group brand to life through clear, thoughtful communication and meaningful connections. Known for her strong communication skills, she excels at translating ideas into experiences and messages that resonate with employees, clients, and the broader community.

 

Prior to joining 415 Group, Anne built a diverse skillset as a broadcast controller and copy editor, sharpening her attention to detail and deepening her passion for clear, effective communication.

 

She earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism with a minor in political science from Kent State University. She currently resides in North Canton with her husband and two children.
