ACCOUNTING INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

At 415 Group, interns gain hands-on experience inside one of Northeast Ohio’s premier full-service accounting firms. Our public accounting internships give students the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real client work, and build practical skills that prepare them for a successful career in accounting.

We offer paid, full-time and part-time internships in Tax, Audit & Assurance and Tax Administration. 

As a 415 Group intern, you will:

  • Gain real-world accounting experience
  • Work directly with professionals at all levels, including partners
  • Receive mentorship and on-the-job training
  • Develop technical and professional skills
  • Earn college credit where applicable
  • Receive a letter of recommendation upon successful completion
  • Be considered for future full-time opportunities
