Erna Becirovic

Erna Becirovic joined 415 Group in February 2024 as senior recruiter. In this role, she recruits and hires for professional and managerial roles internally. She also handles early career and campus recruitment, event coordination and internship placement. 

Prior to joining the firm, Erna had ten years of full cycle recruiting experience within multiple industries. She handled recruiting and sourcing for entry-level to managerial- and professional-level roles.  

Erna loves the work environment at 415 Group. She says everyone is passionate about what they do, and they are always happy to lend a helping hand when needed.  

She says her work philosophy is continuous improvement.  

“I enjoy learning new things, gaining new skills and becoming proficient in tasks or studies that I already understand,” she says. “I've realized I work best in a group setting because I can learn tips from my coworkers and managers. Even when I make mistakes, I see them as learning opportunities to grow and improve my skills." 

When she’s not working, Erna enjoys coaching 4th and 5th grade cheer and soccer, as well as assisting and volunteering for Phoenix Performing Arts. She loves spending time with her husband and three children.
