Jeff O’Neill joined 415 Group in September 2022 as an experienced CFO in our 415 Access division. His current role utilizes his 30+ years of business experience to help our outsourced accounting clients deal with business challenges such as business planning, budgeting, forecasting and other management issues.

Jeff worked in public accounting for over 16 years specializing in tax services and business planning at Big Four and local accounting firms – including working previously with 415 Group as a Senior Tax Manager. He then worked for a Northeast Ohio regional landscape company as a financial manager and later the Chief Financial Officer for 16 years from which he retired this past summer. He learned about the 415 Group’s growing outsourced accounting division and decided to join our team.

When asked what he most enjoys about working at 415 Group, Jeff said, “In addition to the great people that work here, it’s having the opportunity to work with small businesses and being able to assist them in figuring out their business challenges.”

He describes his work philosophy through continuous improvement: “I believe in working to continuously improve ourselves and our internal processes to increase the value-added services we can provide our clients. Success to me is seeing others around me grow and succeed in their respective roles.”

Jeff and his wife Sharon, who have been married for more than 30 years, have three kids: Brittany, Bryan and Brandon. They have one grandson named Gavin, as well as an 85-pound lab that thinks she’s a lap dog.

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and playing golf.
