Pearl L. Bolog

Pearl Bolog joined 415 Group in September 2023 as a 415 Access associate. She works with the team to provide timely and accurate financial support to clients.

At the firm, Pearl most enjoys working as a team: “It’s an exciting experience for me. Everyone having the same goals is ‘priceless.’” She adds that she enjoys a challenge. “Every challenge is an opportunity towards success.”

Prior to working at 415 Group, Pearl worked as the office manager for 21 years at a custom poly packaging company. She had a variety of accounting responsibilities, processed payroll, managed the company 401(k), and was responsible for EPA reporting and compliance.

Outside of work, Pearl enjoys spending time with her family and watching her grandchildren play sports such as track, baseball, football, and wrestling. She has two sons, one of whom is a Cleveland Heights teacher and the other a lighting technician.
