Adam L. Filla

Adam joined 415 Group in January 2026 as an Associate, where he prepares tax returns for individuals, trusts, and businesses.  

When asked what he enjoys about 415 Group, Adam shared: “So far, it has been the culture—how everyone is willing to teach me new things and ready to help with any issue I have.” 

Adam describes his work philosophy as: “Pay attention to details to get things right the first time, and don’t hesitate to seek help when you don’t understand something. That way, you’re constantly learning.” 

Prior to joining 415 Group, Adam worked at First National Bank of PA as a mortgage loan closer and at Title One Agency Inc. as an escrow officer. 

Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time with his family, running, reading, and golfing. He and his wife live in Bolivar with their two children, along with two dogs and a flock of chickens.
