Anne M. Ferlito

Anne Ferlito joined 415 Group in 2012 and currently serves as the Human Resources and Marketing Coordinator. Anne is dedicated to creating a positive employee experience and fostering strong client relationships. Her responsibilities include onboarding employees, coordinating wellness initiatives, planning company events, and supporting marketing and communication efforts. 

Prior to joining 415 Group, Anne gained a diverse skillset as a broadcast controller and copy editor, which  enhanced her attention to detail and passion for clear, effective communication.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism with a minor in political science from Kent State University. She currently resides in North Canton with her husband and two children.
