Brandon P. Jaynes

Brandon began working at 415 Group in April 2026 as a Supervisor in the 415 Access department. In his role, Brandon provides timely, accurate financial statements to provide key metrics for informed decision making in a variety of client industries. 

What Brandon enjoys most about working at 415 Group is that “Everyone is easy to work with and willing to teach you anything. It’s a small firm that has a big impact on the community.” 

Brandon’s work philosophy is: “Grounded in strong effort, accountability, and service. I enjoy putting in the work to meet my clients’ needs and take pride in being reliable and responsive. I’m also committed to continuous learning so I can grow alongside my work. Equally important to me is maintaining a balanced work life rhythm, which helps me stay energized and effective long term.” 

When Brandon’s not working, he enjoys hunting, lifting, walking his dogs, and spending time with his wife and family.
