Brianna N. Bowell

Brianna joined 415 Group in September 2025 as a Recruiter. Brianna oversees the recruitment and hiring processes across all departments and locations at 415 Group, with a focus on campus recruitment and talent acquisition strategies. 

Previously, Brianna served seven years in the U.S. Air Force as a Security Forces Staff Sergeant before transitioning into civilian leadership roles.  

Brianna’s work philosophy is “We don’t rise to the level of our expectations; we fall to the level of our training.” 

When asked what she likes about working at 415 Group, she said, “It’s the kind of place where you feel comfortable and excited to be part of the team from day one.
