Dana L. Patterson

CPA, CGMA

Dana brings over 25 years of public accounting experience and a deep specialization in not‑for‑profit audits to her role as Director of the Not‑for‑Profit Audit Division at 415 Group, which she joined in April 2025.  She leads engagements for nonprofit organizations conducting audits, reviews, and compilations, preparing IRS Form 990 filings, and providing strategic consulting. 

 

In addition to her focus on non-for-profit organizations, Dana also served clients across a range of other sectors, including HUD‑funded projects, real estate entities, employee benefit plans, and manufacturing companies. Dana served as the CFO and Vice President of Finance at Stark Community Foundation, where she honed her leadership skills and deepened her commitment to the nonprofit community.  She is also a Certified QuickBooks Proadvisor. 

 

Dana describes her work philosophy as going above and beyond to make the audit experience beneficial for clients. 

 

When she’s not working, Dana loves spending time with family. She currently lives in North Canton with her husband, Dave Parsons. 

 

Dana also volunteers in the music ministry at St. Paul Church. She was the former treasurer of Crown Point Ecology Center.
