Deanna R. Rausch

Deanna Rausch joined 415 Group in July 2025 as an Administrative Assistant supporting the Tax Department. With a background as a property accountant for a commercial real estate company in Fort Wayne, Indiana, she brings valuable experience in finance and administration to her role, where she manages e-filing and provides essential support to the team. 

 

Deanna values efficiency in her work and lives by the philosophy, “Work smarter, not harder.” She appreciates the support and patience of her coworkers and enjoys contributing to the collaborative environment at 415 Group. 

 

Outside the office, Deanna enjoys traveling, camping, hiking, reading, and staying active through regular workouts. She and her husband have been married for 32 years and have one daughter who lives in Oakland, California.
