Dylan R. Fonte

Dylan joined 415 Group in the summer of 2026 after earning his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems and Analytics from Ohio University. As an IT Support Specialist, he applies his knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows support, and technical troubleshooting to help clients stay productive and keep their technology running smoothly.

Whether he’s resolving day-to-day technical issues or tracking down the root cause of more complex problems, Dylan is committed to providing timely support and practical solutions that get clients back up and running as quickly as possible.

Outside of work, Dylan enjoys playing golf and pickleball, working out, and spending time with family, friends, and his mini Bernedoodle, Polly.
