Evan J. Yost

Evan joined 415 Group in October 2025 and works in the Operations department, managing Accounts Payable and supporting other operational tasks such as onboarding and administrative duties. 

Evan enjoys being part of a motivated team with clear goals and appreciates the opportunities to grow in an environment that encourages learning and development. 

His work philosophy is: “Life is not defined by your failures, but by how you respond to them.” 

Previously, he worked at a non-profit public service organization, where he gained experience in human resources, bookkeeping, accounts payable, and data entry. 

Outside of work, Evan enjoys playing and watching sports—especially baseball and basketball—spending time outdoors and watching movies.
