Isabel A. Tomic

Isabel began working as an intern at 415 Group in March 2024 and was hired full-time in June 2024. In her role as a Field Engineer, she configures, repairs, and maintains client assets as efficiently and effectively as possible. 

When asked why she enjoys working for 415 Group, she stated, “The amazing teamwork and solidarity that happens daily. Plus, I am motivated by the dedication and pride that everyone has in their work.”

Isabel’s work philosophy is: “I believe that working together as a team is the best way to get the most innovative and productive results. By striving for greatness together, we can confidently assist our clients with any issue that may arise.” 

When she is not working, she spends time with friends and family, learning new skills, and traveling. She has four sisters, eight nieces and nephews, and currently serves as the Sunday School secretary at her church.
