James D. Willaman

James joined 415 Group in 2025 as an intern and was later brought on full-time in January 2026 as an Associate. In his current role, he is responsible for preparing Individual, Trust, and Business tax returns.

James’s work philosophy is: “I believe in consistent hard work and a commitment to continuous growth. Every challenge is an opportunity to learn and improve.”

When asked what he enjoys most about 415 Group, James shared: “I enjoy being part of a workplace that is both supportive and open. It’s an environment where questions aren’t just welcomed—they’re encouraged—and everyone is ready to help.”

Outside of work, James enjoys golfing, hiking, and spending time with family and friends. He is soon to be married to his fiancée, and they share their home with a golden retriever and two cats.
