
Jennifer L. Mottice
Jennifer Mottice joined 415 Group in August 2025, bringing over 11 years of experience in the public service sector. Before joining the team, she worked at Stark County Jobs and Family Services in the Child Support Division, where she progressed from a clerical specialist to an enforcement case manager. In that role, Jennifer managed approximately 800 cases, handling all fiscal maintenance, client communications, and inquiries through both call center and in-person visits.
Jennifer holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from Walsh University. She values teamwork, accountability, and a customer-centric approach, believing that being teachable and maintaining a healthy work-life balance are key to being a well-rounded employee.

Outside the office, Jennifer loves spending time with her husband, her high school sweetheart, and their energetic 3-year-old Blue Heeler, Daisy. She enjoys running, reading, exercising, and experimenting with new recipes inspired by Pinterest and Instagram.
