Jonathan D. Besse

Jonathan Besse brings his experience supporting software users to his role as an IT specialist at 415 Group. He supports all forms of IT infrastructure for our clients, including PCs, servers, printers and networking equipment.

One of the things Jonathan enjoys most about working at 415 Group is the strong and supportive environment. He also likes the ability to problem solve as he works with a variety of clients and situations. “By nature, I’m a fixer,” he says. “I’ve gained a very broad range of experience working with clients throughout Northeast Ohio. I believe it’s important to always find a way to meet each client’s individual needs.”

When he’s not at work, Jonathan enjoys fixing and building cars, playing football and Frisbee with his friends, or taking in a Cleveland sports game. He also spends time camping with his siblings or learning and playing new games.
