Joshua D. Chappie

Joshua is a full-time Tax Associate preparing 1099s and individual, trust, and business tax returns to clients. He started his journey at 415 Group as a 415 Access intern in December 2021. In January 2024, he interned on the tax side of the company during the 2024 tax season. 

Joshua’s work philosophy is focused on collaboration and being a good team player, as well as making sure he goes above and beyond for clients. 

When asked what he enjoys most at 415 Group, he stated, “I enjoy how every day brings a new challenge and how everyone is so helpful and supportive no matter how busy their schedule is.” 

When Joshua is not at work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching the Cavs, Browns, Guardians, and Buckeyes as well as playing video games and traveling. 

While working full-time, Josuha plans to return to the University of Akron in the fall 2025 to pursue his Master’s of Taxation (MTax).
