Josiah L. Hicks

Josiah began working for 415 Group in December 2024. His responsibilities include assisting with client support tickets and helping resolve any issues they may be experiencing and giving them peace of mind. 

His philosophy is: “I always try to do my best and believe that a good work environment can make a huge difference in work ethic, staying motivated, and dedicated.“ What Josiah’s appreciates most about 415 Group is the friendly work environment and helping clients. He feels he can always learn something new to enhance his knowledge. 

Outside of work, Josiah enjoys spending time with family and taking his dog, Brutus, for walks. He loves hiking with his girlfriend and exploring new places together. He values learning new skills and programming.
