Klarissa M.. Evans

Klarissa Evans joined 415 Group in September 2026 as a Client Success Assistant in the IT Division. With client care at the center of her role, she helps ensure clients have the technology and support they need to keep their businesses running smoothly. Klarissa assists with client requests, coordinates technology needs, and works closely with the IT team to provide responsive, reliable service.

Klarissa approaches her work with a willingness to learn, a focus on helping others and a collaborative mindset. She enjoys working with both clients and teammates to solve problems and make their day a little easier.

Prior to joining 415 Group, Klarissa gained experience in customer service and operations, including working her way from team member to Director of Operations at Chick-fil-A. Her background helped her develop strong problem-solving, communication and time-management skills.

Outside of work, Klarissa enjoys art, reading, spending time outdoors, and being with her family. As an animal lover who grew up on a farm, she also enjoys volunteering with animal shelters and caring for pets.
