Luis Jimenez, Jr.,  IT Field Engineer,  says that at 415 Group, everyone is treated like family. It’s the firm’s collaborative culture that drew him to the Information Technology division. 

Before joining 415 Group in 2015, Lou earned his associate degree in computer science from Stark State College. He maintains a variety of technical certifications including CompTIA, A +, Network + and Security +.

Outside the office, Lou stays active. You’ll often find him hitting the trails on his ATV, playing in his softball league or attending NASCAR events. He currently resides in Perry Township with his wife and daughter.
