Luke M. Chambers

Luke joined 415 Group in October 2025 as a Senior Associate. In his role, he prepares individual, corporate, trust, and non-profit tax returns while supporting the partners in a variety of ways. 

Luke’s favorite part of working at 415 Group is the collaborative mindset, with everyone focused on providing peace of mind to clients. He appreciates how eager his colleagues are to support one another. 

His philosophy is: “I grew up in customer service, so client satisfaction is always a focus. I also embrace the ‘Always Learning’ core value, which is central to my growth and approach to work.” 

He has over six years of experience in accounting, including roles in internal auditing, public accounting, and fractional CFO services for the trucking industry. 

Outside of work, Luke enjoys golfing, biking, hiking, reading, spending time with family and friends, and following Cleveland sports. One of his favorite quotes is: “You’ll never feel ready because ready is not a feeling, it’s a decision.”
