Matthew Hope

Matthew joined 415 Group in October 2026 as an Audit and Assurance Associate. In his role, he assists with audits, reviews and compilations.

Matthew was drawn to 415 Group by the firm's commitment to its core values and strong ties to the Canton community. He approaches his work with an eagerness to learn and take on new challenges while remaining accountable and dependable to both clients and teammates.

Prior to joining 415 Group, Matthew gained experience in tax and assurance through internships at public accounting firms. Originally from Jefferson County, Ohio, he developed a strong connection to Northeast Ohio while attending the University of Akron, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Outside of work, Matthew enjoys hiking in state and national parks, staying active, discovering new music and visiting amusement parks. He also enjoys spending time with his family and his cat, Blue.
