Morgan R. Studer

Morgan began working as an associate at 415 Group in September 2025. In her role, she oversees audits, reviews, and compilations from planning through completion. Her work includes updating and rolling forward workpapers, assessing and updating risk, conducting analytical and substantive testing, preparing financial statements, and communicating with management about any identified deficiencies or weaknesses. 

When asked why she enjoys working at 415 Group, Morgan shared: “I enjoy the cohesiveness and the feeling of us all working toward a common goal. I also appreciate how kind and considerate everyone is who works here.” 

Morgan’s work philosophy is simple: both clients and coworkers deserve her best effort. She strives to put her best foot forward while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. 

Outside of work, Morgan enjoys playing video games with her husband and friends, attending racetrack and car events with her dad and husband, fostering cats, baking, caring for her plants, and detailing cars in her downtime. She married her husband in January 2022, and they have seven cats and three dogs.
