Nathan C. Decker

Tax Associate

Nathan C. Decker joined 415 Group as a tax associate in January 2024. He previously served as an intern for the firm during the spring tax season from January to April 2023. 

After completing his degree in business administration at Kent State University in the fall of 2023, Nathan joined 415 Group full-time in January 2024. 

As a tax associate, Nathan provides tax preparation services for individuals and businesses. He appreciates the variety of work and loves the camaraderie of his teammates, saying “Whenever I run into a problem, someone is always there to help solve it and answer any questions I may have.” Nathan attributes his motivation to the teamwork and positive environment at 415 Group as well as the numerous learning opportunities he has experienced. 

When he’s not preparing tax returns, Nathan enjoys spending time with friends and his large family — two sisters (one of whom studies at Kent State like her older brother), four nephews and an array of cousins, aunts, uncles and other family members. Nathan also loves spending time outdoors, playing guitar and listening to music.
