Pati joined 415 Group in January 2026 as an Associate, where she is responsible for data entry and payroll.  

 

When asked what she enjoys most about working at 415 Group, Pati shared, “I enjoy the welcoming and helpful team I’ve joined.” 

 

Her work philosophy reflects that same mindset: “I believe a positive attitude and a desire to keep learning every day create the best environment, and that’s what I strive to bring to my work.” 

 

Prior to joining the firm, she spent six years in banking before working in the fiscal departments at Stark County Job & Family Services for almost 3 years. 

 

Outside of the office, Pati enjoys riding their Polaris RZR side-by-side with her husband and kids and spending time reading. She is married with three boys and four dogs and is especially close with her grandma.
