Phillip Hann brings extensive experience and a disciplined approach to 415 Group’s accounting and assurance team. Working for several years as an auditor at another Northeast Ohio firm, Phil led high-level audits, reviews and compilations for clients across a wide-range of industries.

As a senior assurance manager and trusted advisor at 415 Group, Phil is responsible for determining the efficiency and effectiveness of an organization’s financial and accounting systems, while providing accurate measurement and opinions about the quality of an organization's performance.

Before beginning his career in public accounting, Phil garnered supervisory experience by serving his country as a sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. In his current role, Phil draws on those leadership skills to effectively manage his team and achieve client objectives.

“Working in the client service industry, I understand the importance of putting forth the best effort possible to achieve the highest standard of performance,” he said.

Outside of work, Phil enjoys spending time with his wife, Clarissa, and three children, Grant, Mira and Abram. Between attending family gatherings and rooting for his beloved Akron Zips, he makes sure to find time to serve his community as a deacon for MissionView Church and treasurer for the Jackson Ladies Lacrosse Booster Club.
