Richard P. Durbin

Richard joined 415 Group in the summer of 2026. As a Remote Engineer, he uses his extensive knowledge of computer hardware, software, and technical troubleshooting to quickly identify issues and provide effective solutions that keep clients running smoothly.

 

Richard served four years in the United States Navy aboard a guided missile frigate, where he became known as the ship’s “computer guy.” In addition to his military service, he spent nearly two decades providing onsite IT help desk support in the healthcare services industry. He also attended Miami University, adding to the diverse background that has shaped his professional career.

 

Outside of work, Richard enjoys working on vehicles, photography, and 3D printing. He is also committed to giving back to the community by volunteering at local events, including food drives through St. John’s and serving meals with Refuge of Hope.
