Samuel A. Comune

As an Automation Specialist on the remote IT team at 415 Group, Samuel Comune is focused on streamlining processes and improving efficiency through smart technology solutions. Currently, he’s immersing himself in the system by handling remote support tickets, with the goal of eventually designing and maintaining automation tools that reduce manual work for both clients and internal teams. 

Prior to joining 415 Group in June 2025, Samuel worked as a Hardware Technician for Iron Mountain, where he tested a wide range of consumer electronics, primarily laptops. That hands-on experience gave him a strong foundation in troubleshooting and problem-solving. 

A graduate of the University of Dayton, Samuel earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering in 2023. His passion for technology is matched by his belief in the power of collaboration. 

“I’m a big believer in teamwork. Things get done better and faster when people support each other, and I’ve learned a lot just by working alongside others. Whether it’s solving a client issue or figuring something out internally, collaboration makes a huge difference.” 

Outside of work, Samuel enjoys staying active by hiking and getting outdoors. A dedicated sports fan, he especially enjoys following the Pittsburgh Steelers. He comes from a close-knit family with one brother and two sisters.
