Shari L. Dombcik

Shari joined 415 Group in January 2026 as a Senior Associate. In her role, she handles a variety of tax-related responsibilities, ensuring accuracy and providing support to clients. 

 

When asked what she enjoys most about 415 Group, Shari shared: “The people here are both friendly and professional, making it a great environment to learn and grow.” 

 

Shari’s work philosophy is: “Maintain a strong work ethic and pay close attention to detail.” 

 

Outside of work, Shari enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising, playing pickleball, and golfing. She is a proud mother of three wonderful children and grandmother to three granddaughters, and she cherishes having much of her family nearby in Cleveland.
