Tate R. Edinger

Tate began an internship with 415 Group in January 2025, leading to a full-time position as a Field Technician in April 2025. In his role, Tate aids clients through managing and fixing their technical issues.  

When asked what philosophy is, “I believe it is one’s responsibility to perform their tasks to the highest quality they can provide. I use this mindset to continue to learn and grow as to consistently meet and exceed these expectations.”  

When asked what he appreciates most about working at 415 Group, he shared the close bond and friendly environment of the company and the opportunity to learn around every corner. 

Outside of work, Tate enjoys reading, fishing and being active by running. He also has two sisters.
