Teresa L. Aslpach

Teresa joined 415 Group in 2026 as a supervisor in the 415 Access Department. In her role, Teresa provides recurring bookkeeping services, financial reporting, and advisory services to clients through 415 Group's Quickbooks consulting and outsources accounting services.

Teresa takes a client and team focused approach to her work, stating, "I try to spend more time listening than talking." She gained her experience first at EY before moving on to the manufacturing and agricultural sectors. She enjoys working with people and passing her knowledge on to other through training.

Teresa's philosophy is: 'Each obstacle life presents is a steppingstone in overcoming the next. It doesn't get easier; you just get stronger."

Outside of work, Teresa and her husband have a small hobby farm that includes Nigerian Dwarf goats, chickens, honeybees, and barn cats. She also has earned her amateur radio license.
