Tori E. Soles

Tori Soles joined  415 Group in October 2024 as a senior associate. In this role, Tori primarily works with individual and business tax returns. 

Tori’s favorite part about working at 415 Group is how welcoming the team has been and how eager they have been to help her. 

Growth and improvement are central to Tori’s work philosophy. 

“I am always looking for ways to improve,” she says. “Learning is the key to growth and will help you succeed no matter what stage you are at in your career.” 

Prior to joining the team at 415 Group, Tori worked as a staff accountant at an accounting firm in Richmond, Virgina for two years. After one year, she was promoted to in-charge. 

Tori enjoys spending time with her friends and family when she is away from the office. She also likes to hike, travel and attend concerts.
