Traci E. Bachtel

Traci joined 415 Group in March 2026 as an Administrative Assistant supporting the Wellspring account. In this role, she helps coordinate day-to-day operations, manages scheduling and communications, and provides organizational support to ensure projects and client needs are handled efficiently. Prior to joining the firm, she gained valuable experience working at Farmers Insurance. 

When asked what she enjoys most about working at 415 Group, Traci points to the supportive and welcoming culture, noting how friendly and helpful her colleagues are. 

Outside of work, Traci enjoys photography and spending quality time with her family. She is a wife, mother, and foster parent, and is deeply passionate about serving others. She also leads a nonprofit organization, Open Hearts Open Doors, which supports foster and kinship care families. In addition, Traci serves on the leadership team and as part-time staff at her church, Cornerstone Chapel. She has a 12-year-old son and an 18-month-old foster son.
