Troy joined 415 Group in November 2025 as a Director. In his role, he manages client relationships, reviews deliverables, and provides guidance and support to the team. 

Troy enjoys working at 415 Group because of the people and the firm’s commitment to its core values – loyal, learning and passionate, which guides how the team collaborates and serves clients. 

His work philosophy is: “Proactive client relationships, accountability, and timely response, while valuing and supporting the team.” 

Previously, Troy worked at a public accounting firm in Tennessee, as a partner and senior manager focusing on tax services and client development. 

Outside of work, Troy enjoys spending time with his family, coaching, exercising, and playing sports like pickleball and golf. He is especially proud of his three children: Lucy, Myers, and Amelia.
