Tyler J. Hauritz

Tyler began working at 415 Group in January 2025 as a full-time Tax Associate. In his position, he helps prepare tax returns for clients. 

Tyler describes his philosophy as, “My work ethic is characterized by dedication to every task I undertake. I am committed to continuous learning and consistently strive to deliver high-quality results.” 

When asked what he enjoys about working at 415 Group, he stated, “The people here are what makes working at 415 Group so enjoyable. Everyone is genuinely vested in your growth and success, supporting you as you advance in your career.” 

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching and participating in sports, boating, and has an interest in fitness and wellness.
