Tim Bradshaw brings to the table a background as a business owner, plus deep finance and accounting experience to help small businesses and nonprofits transform their accounting function into a well-run, off-site operation.
Prior to joining 415 Group, Tim served as Director of Finance at OneAmerica, a leading nonprofit organization based in Seattle. He previously owned and managed the first Seattle retail location for Bang & Olufsen, a high-quality audio equipment and consumer electronics manufacturer based in Denmark.
Tim earlier held Finance Director or Accounting Manager roles at a number of market-leading businesses, including two manufacturing companies serving the aerospace industry. He also was Senior Financial Analyst for the biomedical division at Fluke Corporation, the world leader in the manufacture, distribution and servicing of electronic test instruments and software equipment.
He started his career as Accounts Payable Auditor in the Columbus office of Accenture (formerly Advantium), the global professional services company, after earning an accounting and finance degree from The Ohio State University, where he met his wife, Karen.
Born and raised in Northeast Ohio, Tim is happy to be back home after 15 years in the Pacific Northwest. In his downtime, he’s an avid Cleveland sports fan and enjoys all things outdoors, including golfing, skiing, hiking, fishing, and coaching the baseball and soccer teams of his two sons, Cole and Charlie.
