415 Group, a certified public accounting and IT consulting firm, announced today the hiring of two new directors and a senior associate. The Canton-based firm also added two IT team members this year.
New director Jeffrey Buckshaw joins 415 Group to manage the Audit and Assurance team and engagements to provide the utmost quality and integrity of the services performed. Previously, Jeff was the Chief Financial Officer at Miller Weldmaster Corporation and had been the Assurance Services Senior Manager at a regional public accounting firm.
Eric Schreiber also joins 415 Group as a director in the audit department. He has 30 years of experience in public accounting, including more than 25 years as a partner with Ernst & Young. Eric has significant experience with financial service organizations, manufacturers and distributors, retail, service organizations, and a wide variety of ownership structures.
After working for the Ohio Auditor of State and other Northeast Ohio accounting firms, Shelley Knight-Bourn joins 415 Group as an internal audit associate. In this position, Shelley assists on audit and attestation engagements.

Earlier this year, two people joined 415 Group’s IT department. Wayne Gangi worked more than 10 years in IT Systems Support at Aultman Alliance Community Hospital. He is now a Remote Systems Engineer at 415 Group, helping to resolve the daily support tickets that are received.
Trenton Maynard, a former intern who graduated from Kent State University, is an IT consultant. He assists with Help Desk support, internal support and remote management system scripting. Trenton also manages the simulated phishing campaign program.
