415 Group, the largest locally owned public accounting and IT consulting firm in Stark County, based in Canton, Ohio, named Barb Karch as their new 415 Access director.
As director of 415 Access, Karch will manage a team of 10 accountants. 415 Access is a division of the firm that offers outsourced accounting solutions for small businesses looking to replace their in-house bookkeeping position with a virtual accounting department.
“We are excited to bring Barb on board,” said Rich Craig, 415 Group managing partner. “With her significant experience in accounting and finance, she will provide immense insight to our clients and team. Barb has all of the skills necessary to grow this division by providing accurate, timely financial statements paired with CFO level advice on how to run a business profitably.”
Prior to joining 415 Group, Karch worked as the controller, secretary-treasurer and CFO of a local packaging manufacturer for 20 years. Before working there, she worked for a privately held small business, climbing the ranks from operations to controller, treasurer and vice president.
“I find it energizing and rewarding to provide a value-added service for our clients,” said Karch. “I’m excited to work with such high-performing individuals, not only within the walls of 415 Group but also our range of clients.”
